Data deletion

You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page describes how to do so for any product operated by Hộ kinh doanh Chung Đôi under the Soloflag trade name, including Soloflag Chat (chat.soloflag.com), Chung Đôi (chungdoi.com), and any Meta application registered to us.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to hello@soloflag.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the email address, phone number or Facebook/Instagram user ID associated with the account you wish to delete.
3. If you used Facebook Login on one of our products, you may also remove the app from your Facebook settings; this revokes our access tokens immediately.

What happens next

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to retention of any records required by Vietnamese tax and accounting law. On completion we send a confirmation email and a reference identifier.

Scope

Deletion covers: account profile, authentication identifiers, Meta access tokens, conversation logs, and analytics events linked to your account. It does not affect aggregated, anonymised statistics that no longer identify you.
