These terms govern your use of Soloflag products operated by Hộ kinh doanh Chung Đôi, including soloflag.com, Soloflag Chat (chat.soloflag.com) and Chung Đôi (chungdoi.com). By accessing or using our products you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass others, infringe intellectual property, violate platform policies (including Meta's Platform Terms), or perform activities prohibited by Vietnamese law.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Zalo) to Soloflag Chat, you authorise us to act on your behalf via the access tokens you grant. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms.

4. Fees

Paid plans, if any, are described on the relevant product page. Pricing, payment terms and refund policy form part of these terms when you purchase.

5. Termination

You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by mandatory law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Venue is the competent courts of Hồ Chí Minh City.
